Mike Prevost

Michael Prevost, Rochelle Plantation Manager and wildlife ecologist, has over 40 years of experience in the Santee Delta where he has conducted a variety of projects related to waterfowl and forestry management. Before retiring into his current role as plantation manager, Mr. Prevost held positions with the South Carolina Wildlife Marine Resources Department, The Nature Conservancy, and was also president and manager of White Oak Forestry. Mr. Prevost will write a natural history of the Delta through the lens of cultural ecology and he will be assisted by Richard Porcher.
